Zero Spangle Gi Sheet

Zero Spangle Gi Sheet is a galvanized steel sheet product with excellent performance and wide application. It is hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, also called spangle-free galvanized steel sheet. The substrate is a cold-rolled sheet. It has many advantages such as rust prevention, easy inspection, and longer service life. By reducing the lead content in zinc ingots and zinc liquid to dozens of ppm, Wanzhi Steel can produce products with no or very little spangle. We specialize in the production of spangle-free galvanized sheets with a width of 600-2000mm and zinc content of 40-275g/m2, and we provide multiple grades, such as DX51D+Z, DX52D+Z, DX53D+Z, DX54D+Z, DX56D+Z, etc.

What is a hot dipped galvanized sheet?

Hot-dip galvanized steel sheets are made by repeatedly dipping the steel sheets into molten zinc to form a protective zinc layer on the surface of the steel sheets. This layer of zinc can isolate the external environment and serve as an effective barrier to extend the life of the steel sheets. It has a better effect than electro galvanizing.

Oil treatment

As an alternative to the traditional oiling process, a different coating technique is employed, such as using an anti-fingerprint coating or a skin pass process. This treatment is achieved by eliminating the use of oil during the galvanizing process and helps to maintain the integrity of the galvanizing, thus producing a dry surface free of fingerprints and stains.

Chromate coating

Chromate is a compound containing chromium. Applied by spray, dip or roller, this coating acts as a barrier against moisture and other corrosive elements, which can extend the life of the steel and reduce the need for frequent maintenance.
